Value of 299-8A's?

A frind of mine just came across a pair of 299-8A's that were taken out of a school auditorium. The 2 horns are not the same and one was damaged when removed. The LF driver is unknown at this time, but a single... possibly a 12".

Any ideas what he should try and sell the pair of 299's for? Seems like I paid $300.00 for my pair 5 years ago.

He is asking me, but I am not sure what is reasonable in 2009.
